Both conferences to be held in the Sask Sport buildings. 5/13/2011 6:00 PM	5/13/2011 9:00 PM	Annual General Meeting	Objective: Review past season and current state of Sask Alpine's programs and finances. Elect people into executive positions for next season. Location: Video conference between Sask Sport, 1870 Lorne Street, Regina, and Sask Sport, 510 Cynthia Street, Saskatoon. Each club within Sask Alpine is expected to provide a representative to attend for information purposes, provide input, and to carry out the required voting - defined by the Alpine Saskatchewan bylaws and constitution - of the nominations to the executive and director positions. Registration: Alana Ottenbreit at office@saskalpine.com by May 10. Supper will be provided based on the registrations received by the deadline.
