 Coaching in Alpine Saskatchewan Minimize

Alpine Canada and Alpine Saskatchewan supports the Canadian Ski Coaches Federation (CSCF) pathway. As such, Sask Alpine organizes CSCF Entry Level courses and subsidizes attendance for coaches to take these courses. Monitor the Sask Alpine web site announcements and calendar to discover information about these opportunities.

Alpine Saskatchewan also recommends that coaches consider a Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (CSIA) Level 1 course. This is to create a 'more rounded' coaching background.

Alpine Saskatchewan also recommends that all coaches register with the Sask Alpine web site and then subscribe to the Coaches discussion forum on the web site. This will let each coach be aware of events and discussions taking place around coaching in Saskatchewan.

Also refer to the remainder of this page for resources (documents, web sites, videos) for important references.
