Please forward the following to all members in your clubs. The Alpine Saskatchewan SaskCup Kickoff in Jasper is scheduled for January 2-3, 2009. We need to fill in the key members of the Race Organizing Committee (ROC), and work on issuing the race notice. The current ROC roster for this race is: Terry Hooper - Chief of Race Brent Waldo - Chief of Course Chuck Cantlie (Alberta) - Technical Delegate This is a call to all members to submit your name for the following open positions (requires level 2 officials certification): Race Chair Race Secretary Chief of Timing In addition, if there are members that would like to 'shadow' the above positions to get an opportunity to gain practical experience, submit names for that too. Submit names by November 7th via email to terry.hooper@think.sk.ca. It's an excellent opportunity to chip in and make this great provincial annual race a continued success!
