Hi all


A further revision is required to the initial proposal for the Sask Cup points calculations for this race season.

Given the fact that all of the K1, K2, J1, and J2 racers with Sask Alpine have qualified to compete in the Saskatchewan Winter Games, it is proposed that the results from both slalom race starts at the game be included in the Sask Cup point calculations for 2009/2010.

"First, second and third place awards are presented to each of the groups E2 through J2. For all categories but E2, each athlete's final score for the individual overall awards is determined by totaling their highest 6 points from the 8 races. For E2 category, the best 3 of 4 results are counted."

Again, the race starts for K1 to J2 will include:

Sask Cup - Table Mountain Slalom x 2
Sask Cup - Assessippi Slalom x 1 Giant Slalom x1
Sask Winter Games - Mission Ridge Slalom x 2
Sask Cup Final - Mission Ridge Slalom x 2


Race starts for E2 will include:

Sask Cup - Table Mountain Slalom x 2
Sask Cup Final - Mission Ridge Slalom x 2
