I am re-sending this e-mail to everyone because I am not sure that everybody
received it.



We are trying to finalize the logistics for this camp. I spoke to Dwight
this morning and we are unsure of who will be attending this camp. Please
let me know as soon as possible! I have already booked rooms at the Russell
Inn, and we'll need to cancel as soon as possible if we will not be needing
them.



So far these athletes have confirmed that they will be attending: Martin
Steyn


Sarah Bergstrom


Tyson Thingelstad - Arriving on the 3rd with Kim.



Dwight let me know that Lauren Code was not aware of this camp, and that she
may not be able to attend. Please confirm whether this is correct.



I have not heard back from Sarah Jones yet. Please let me know whether she
will be attending. We will have to make some travel arrangements.



If there are other e-mail addresses you'd like me to use, please forward
that to me.

Subject: Camp 4: Change of date and venue



Hi to all!



Due to injuries and also semester turn around, only two athletes were able
to attend this camp. After looking at the calendar, we decided to change the
dates and the venue for this camp.



New information for Camp 4:



Leave PA on Tuesday, 02 February 2010 at noon.



Train: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday



Race: Saturday and Sunday



Coach: Dwight Bergstrom



I have booked rooms at the Russell Inn for Tuesday and Wednesday. After that
the athletes will be staying with their own teams as they will all be there
for the Friday's training and then for the weekend's races.



I am waiting to hear back from Asessippi regarding lane fees and which run
we will be able to train on. As soon as I have all the information, I will
be sending out an estimated budget.



If there are any other athletes that would like to attend this training
camp, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can make sure that we
have enough rooms booked.
