Hi Folks:

The ACA Coach's Summit was awesome this year.

For the first time the Summit included on snow sessions and they were run by
Canada's best - ACA NAST Coaching staff.

The on snow session also included athletes aged 7 - 21 years and of all
skill levels to gauge how the on snow Coaching and setting / drills affected
the athletes skiing.

The on snow session were divided into 4 categories:
Slalom
Giant Slalom
Super G / Speed
Entry Level

The classroom sessions were as informative as previous years.
Fitness
Injury prevention and recovery
Dartfish as a tool
Risk Management
Much more
