This email is being sent to all Sask Alpine club administrative contacts, club coaches, and Sask Alpine staff and executive/directors.

The Alpine Saskatchewan Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 16 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. in Saskatoon at the Sask Sport Building (610 Cynthia Street). Lunch will be provided.

Each club within Sask Alpine is expected to provide a representative to attend for information purposes, provide input, and to carry out the required voting - defined by the Alpine Saskatchewan bylaws and constitution - of the nominations to the executive and director positions.
