This email is being sent to all club contacts and Snowstar/Nancy Greene instructors. Please forward this to your Snowstars/Nancy Greene coordinators and all instructors.

Sask Alpine will be creating two annual awards to be presented at the final Snowstars Festival/Nancy Greene race being held in Wapiti on March 21/22. The awards will be Volunteer of the Year and Instructor of the Year. The purpose is to provide formal recognition of the outstanding efforts made by the instructors and volunteers of this important group in our sport within our provincial organization.

In the next week nomination forms will be release to be circulated to your club members. At the same time, a committee for each will be created to receive, review, and select the award winner from the nominations. This email is a 'heads up' to everyone to be aware of this.

The time to provide this recognition is long overdue. Your support of this initiative is key and appreciated.
