Table Mountain has stepped up to host a race weekend March 1-2. I would really like to see this as an entire race weekend. An see the format I have provided be put into effect.

Mission Ridge has not stepped up as of yet for an earlier race date. We have 2 options. Either the weekend of Feb 9-10 or Feb 16-17. I understand that Twin Towers might also want to host this race. Are races usually held on Saturdays or Sundays?

We need to get this organized ASAP.

I want to emphasize that the Nancy Greene circuit is a RACE oriented circuit.

I had mentioned that we would like to host a Nancy Greene/Snow Stars race.  We have a general meeting this Sat. and I will put it forward to the parents on whether they would like 1 or 2 days. We have 98 Snow Star skiers this year and in the past the parents have indicated that they do not want to travel, let alone have a 2 day race weekend where some require accommodations.

The other 2 weekends you suggested are not an option for us to attend as the earlier date is a major fundraiser and the next date is part of our mountain trip. Dates are running out and the season is so short.

We would like to meet with you to discuss the format for March 1.

Would the weekend at Mission Ridge of Feb 23-24 be acceptable instead of the other two proposed dates? I need to confirm this with QVSC, but the Mission Ridge office told me that someone from QVSC had told them that they would be having the Snowstars event and booked it for that weekend.
