IMPORTANT NOTE: With regard to race helmet rules, please refer to FIS ICR articles 707, 807, 907, 1007 detailed at www.fis-ski.com/data/document/praze208.pdf on page 21, together with the Alpine Canada advisory documented at www.canski.org/webconcepteur/web/alpine/en/programs/nav/generalinfo.html?page=details.jsp&iddoc=77801. This FIS ICR associated with the Alpine Canada advisory is expected to be followed by all racers and forerunners for this event. That is, all racer and forerunner helmets are expected to conform to the FIS equipment specifications to ensure the athletes are properly equipped with race helmet gear. However, the requirement to produce a conforming standards sticker on a helmet will not be mandatory at this race. Note that any helmets with solid visors or without a solid ear covering which is totally integrated with the helmet will not be accepted.
